I had a sinus infection last year, they needed to go in and scrape the shit out.
May I reccommend to anyone who is getting special CD inserts printed, a little company called CAT PRINT run by a former VBAR employee, Isaac VanDuyn:

Their prints are good quality and super cheap. Way cheaper than Kinkos, especially if you're doing crazy color shit.
